Beautiful, big, grand hotel with huge open plan reception. Our room was just off reception, which I thought might be noisy but wasn't. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely big bed and flowers. Liked the small touches like the tea and coffee facilities with the Nespresso Machine and lovely little biscuits and the turn down service each night with a bottle of water and little chocolate on the pillow. Bar prices were very reasonable and bar staff friendly and helpful, service was excellent. You are only a two minute walk from the cassino and restaurants, so the location of the hotel is perfect.

the location is superb with monte casino just next door - great for a family stay with all the appropriate entertainment for you to chose from, plus so many superb dining options. I loved that the breakfast was a buffet but also with the option of ordering your eggs a la carte. The housekeeping lady did a great job ( i forgot to ask her name) but she was the same person throughout our stay and she paid great attention to detail. The porters and the team at the main door were also exceptional. Always nice and welcoming and eager to assist.

From the grounds (and excellent security) to the spacious rooms to the beautiful decorations to the amazing staff, this hotel was an excellent choice for us. The concierge services were also excellent, assisting with a large, last minute dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant and arranging transport for us too.

A birders paradise. Truly beautiful gardens. Well located in Montecasino. It does have that special 5 star sparkle, and the room was cavernous. Proximity to Montecasino is a plus if you want to catch a show or enjoy one of the many, many restaurants. The gardens are why I keep going back, they are nothing short of outstanding, and if you love birds, you will be in heaven here.
